His experience includes planning and executing large-scale operational setups, streamlining workflows, and leading internal and external audits, including operational and regulatory assessments aligned with international standards.

An ISO 9001:2015 Certified Lead Auditor, Krishna is highly skilled in Quality Management Systems (QMS), audit execution, and driving continuous improvement through effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). He also possesses practical knowledge of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) principles in healthcare waste management, ensuring environmentally responsible operations.
